Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship your order.
We will investigate lost packages if you have not received your package 7 days after it has shipped.
We can not promise a specific delivery, we are also at the mercy of the shipping company.
We hold your satisfaction in high regard and want your artisanal soap buying experience to be a positive one. We truly believe that you will love our products. Please contact us so we can assure a positive experience with your purchase. Artisanal soaps can not be re-stocked or re-sold as it would be unsafe and unhygienic. For this reason we do encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it. In the event of a needed return, the customer would be responsible for the return shipping, at which time we would offer a refund of the original price of the soap.
Order changes can be made if we are contacted before the order is packaged and shipped. (24 hours). Once an order ships changes can only be made through an additional order or by return. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the additional shipping and/or return shipping.
